My Box Office was founded in 2011 by marketer Ben Fineberg and is one of the UK's longest-running seat-filling membership services.

Members pay an annual fee of £5 or a lifetime fee of £12.99, with most tickets complimentary (members just pay a nominal admin fee on a ticket)

How My Box Office Works: Book Quickly and Enjoy Amazing Experiences
When seats become available for an event that matches your preferences, we'll notify you by email — and sometimes by text. Many opportunities are last-minute, often on the same day as the show, so acting fast is key.
Once you book, we ask for your full commitment to attend. This keeps the service working for everyone — members, producers, and venues alike.
On the performance day collect your tickets from the box office with your ID, take your seat, and enjoy. We ask that you dress appropriately for the venue and respect your fellow audience members. Since tickets are complimentary or heavily discounted, supporting the venue with a drink or a programme is always appreciated — and it keeps the shows coming.
Membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over who loves live entertainment and understands the importance of discretion.
While we strive to make your experience exceptional, we kindly request that you respect fellow audience members by dressing appropriately and behaving considerately.
Since tickets are usually complimentary or highly discounted, supporting the venue is always appreciated. Consider purchasing a drink at the bar or a show programme to enhance your evening and show your appreciation for the event organisers.
